Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Business Studies, including exam specifications.

- Collaborate with colleagues across the school and globally through the OneSchool Global Teacher Academy.
- Participate in professional development and ongoing training to enhance teaching practice.

- Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in business studies education.
- Contribute to the development of a school’s innovative pedagogy and self-directed learning framework.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree or similar qualifications in Business Studies or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Business Studies at KS5 level.
- Demonstrable success in achieving strong examination results with students.
- Ability to adapt traditional teaching methods to modern, technology-driven approaches.
Preferred
- Experience with online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.
- Familiarity with self-directed learning frameworks.
- Experience in cross-cultural collaboration or international education settings.
