Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive careers advice and guidance to students.
  • Develop and deliver careers-related workshops and events.
  • Collaborate with teachers and external organizations to enhance career opportunities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of careers provision.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on student engagement and outcomes.
  • Support students in making informed decisions about further education and employment.
  • Stay up to date with current trends and developments in the world of work.
  • Promote the importance of careers education across the school community.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in providing careers guidance or related field.
