Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the school premises are secure and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Monitor and report any safety hazards or incidents promptly.
  • Support the school team by assisting with general duties as required.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and students to ensure a positive environment.
  • Follow and implement the school’s Child Protection and Safeguarding Policy.
  • Assist in the management of visitor access and school events.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order across the school site.
  • Support the smooth running of the school during absences or peak times.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in a caretaking or similar role.
  • Experience working in an educational setting.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
  • First aid or emergency response training.
