Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth running of examinations and assessments in line with school and regulatory requirements.
- Support students who require access arrangements by scribing or reading for them as needed.
- Maintain a calm, professional, and respectful environment during exams.
- Follow all procedures and guidelines to ensure the integrity of the examination process.
- Communicate clearly with students, staff, and senior leadership when necessary.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to exams, including the preparation and distribution of materials.
- Be punctual and reliable, attending all scheduled shifts as required.
- Adhere to safeguarding and child protection policies at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Flexibility to work on a casual basis as required.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Willingness to undergo full training provided by the school.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
Preferred
- Previous experience in invigilation or working within a school environment.
