The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Casual Exam Invigilator to support the smooth running of internal and external examinations. This role ensures the integrity and security of examinations, providing a calm and focused environment for students. It requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a calm and focused environment for students during examinations.
• Set up examination rooms according to the Exams Manager’s instructions.
• Monitor candidates for any special needs and ensure appropriate accommodations are made.
• Prevent the entry of unauthorized items into examination rooms.
• Ensure candidates are seated according to the seating plan.
• Secure examination materials before, during, and after each session.
• Identify and prevent any potential malpractice or administrative errors.
• Maintain accurate records and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload.
• Commitment to meeting strict deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a high level of responsibility.
• No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.

Preferred

• Previous experience in an educational or examination setting.
• Experience with exam invigilation or similar roles.
