Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise candidates to ensure exam conditions are maintained.
- Set up examination venues, including distributing and collecting papers.
- Provide clear instructions and ensure all exam regulations are followed.
- Monitor for malpractice and handle first-line queries appropriately.
- Assist with preparing exam rooms and materials.
- Help maintain accurate exam records and documentation.
- Follow all school safeguarding procedures and policies.
- Uphold a safe, secure, and supportive environment for students.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Commitment to safeguarding and student welfare.
Preferred
- Previous experience in exam invigilation or similar roles.
