The Opportunity:

A Casual Lettings Assistant is needed to support the Site Team in delivering day-to-day Lettings operations and general maintenance tasks. The role requires flexibility, good communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to ensure the smooth running of the school site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Site Team in the day-to-day delivery of Lettings operations.
  • Undertake general maintenance tasks across the school site.
  • Promote and maintain high standards of health and safety and cleanliness.
  • Assist with covering other site staff during absences or holidays.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a positive and efficient working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with students, staff, and visitors.
  • Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and a flexible approach to working patterns.
