Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Science Department, ensuring consistency and quality across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.

- Inspire and motivate students to achieve outstanding academic results at IGCSE and A Level.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement innovative science teaching strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in secondary science education.
- Proven leadership experience in a school department.
- Strong subject knowledge in Chemistry and the sciences.
- Experience in delivering IGCSE and A Level qualifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
