Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging, standards-based chemistry lessons aligned with AP frameworks.
- Develop and implement assessments that measure student progress and understanding.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support interdisciplinary learning and student success.
- Provide individualized support and mentorship to students across various age groups.
- Participate in co-leading a homeroom and contributing to the overall school community.
- Stay current with scientific advancements and incorporate new technologies into teaching.

- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification or license.
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of AP Chemistry curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Ability to teach multiple age groups and scientific disciplines.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Preferred
- Experience with Cambridge curriculum or international education settings.
- Familiarity with marine biology or entrepreneurship programs.
- Experience with technology integration in the classroom.
- Leadership experience or willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
