Qualifications & Skills:

Required

A Bachelor of Education degree, or an initial degree plus a relevant teaching qualification such as a PGCE, PGDE or equivalent specialism in Chemistry.
A minimum of 3 years experience teaching Secondary Chemistry.
A strong understanding of the IB MYP & DP framework and Approaches to Teaching.
A genuine passion for working in a non-selective and culturally diverse community.
Availability from August 2026.

Preferred

Experience in teaching the IB Middle Years Programmes & Diploma Programmes.
Advanced qualifications in Chemistry or education.
A commitment to the IB philosophy and the Learner Profile values.
Demonstrated ability to contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning.
