Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Chemistry to students up to A Level with confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Support students in preparing for elite university applications.
  • Deliver high-quality lessons that challenge and inspire students.
  • Contribute to the department’s strong academic results and extracurricular initiatives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain and enhance the department’s high standards.
  • Assist in organizing and running Science societies and competitions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with experience teaching Chemistry up to A Level.
  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging and challenging lessons.
  • Commitment to student success and a track record of academic achievement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in supporting students with university applications.
  • Familiarity with the Edexcel IGCSE and OCR A specifications.
  • Involvement in extracurricular science activities or societies.
