Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Chemistry to students up to A Level with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Support students in preparing for elite university applications.
- Deliver high-quality lessons that challenge and inspire students.
- Contribute to the department’s strong academic results and extracurricular initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain and enhance the department’s high standards.
- Assist in organizing and running Science societies and competitions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students in both academic and personal development.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience teaching Chemistry up to A Level.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging and challenging lessons.
- Commitment to student success and a track record of academic achievement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience in supporting students with university applications.
- Familiarity with the Edexcel IGCSE and OCR A specifications.
- Involvement in extracurricular science activities or societies.
