- Work confidently with Trustees, offering clear strategic advice and sound professional judgment
- Act as an effective ambassador, developing constructive partnerships across the region and beyond
- Ensure strong governance and effective management of all Trust operations
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in senior leadership within education
- Demonstrated ability to lead with strategic clarity and emotional intelligence
- Strong track record in managing and developing multi-academy trusts
- Experience in fostering collaboration and inclusion across a range of schools
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Trustees and stakeholders
Preferred
- Experience in school improvement and driving academic outcomes
- Knowledge of education policy and governance
- Experience in staff development and leadership training
- Strong communication and ambassadorial skills
- Experience in managing large-scale educational projects or initiatives
