Seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead a values-driven Multi Academy Trust in Cheshunt.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in senior leadership within education
  • Demonstrated ability to lead with strategic clarity and emotional intelligence
  • Strong track record in managing and developing multi-academy trusts
  • Experience in fostering collaboration and inclusion across a range of schools
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Trustees and stakeholders

Preferred

  • Experience in school improvement and driving academic outcomes
  • Knowledge of education policy and governance
  • Experience in staff development and leadership training
  • Strong communication and ambassadorial skills
  • Experience in managing large-scale educational projects or initiatives
