Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching at the relevant Key Stage.
  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding attainment and achievement in a classroom setting.
  • Demonstrated experience of innovation and creativity in teaching and learning.

Preferred

  • Experience of working in a school with a leadership specialism.
  • Experience of supporting students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
  • Experience of working within a multi-academy trust or similar educational organization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
