Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in primary education.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Commitment to child welfare and safeguarding.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
  • Experience in delivering a broad and balanced curriculum.

Preferred

  • Experience in a school that is part of a multi-academy trust.
  • Knowledge of innovative teaching practices and curriculum design.
  • Experience with inclusive education and supporting students with diverse needs.
  • Experience in leading or contributing to school improvement initiatives.
