The Opportunity:
As a Co-Curricular Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Deputy Head Co-Curricular and Operations in managing over 175 weekly activities, trips, and productions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and impactful co-curricular programme that empowers students to explore their talents and interests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate over 175 weekly co-curricular activities, ensuring smooth organisation and delivery.
- Support the planning and execution of trips, productions, and events across the school.
- Provide administrative support to the Deputy Head Co-Curricular and Operations and related departments.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all co-curricular activities and events.
- Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents to ensure seamless coordination.
- Assist in the development and promotion of new co-curricular opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments to support the school’s mission and values.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using office software and administrative systems.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours when necessary.
Preferred
- Experience in managing co-curricular or extracurricular activities.
- Knowledge of event planning and coordination.
- Familiarity with school operations and student welfare policies.
- A passion for education and student development.
