The Opportunity:

As a Co-Curricular Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Deputy Head Co-Curricular and Operations in managing over 175 weekly activities, trips, and productions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and impactful co-curricular programme that empowers students to explore their talents and interests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate over 175 weekly co-curricular activities, ensuring smooth organisation and delivery.
  • Support the planning and execution of trips, productions, and events across the school.
  • Provide administrative support to the Deputy Head Co-Curricular and Operations and related departments.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all co-curricular activities and events.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Assist in the development and promotion of new co-curricular opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support the school’s mission and values.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using office software and administrative systems.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours when necessary.

Preferred

  • Experience in managing co-curricular or extracurricular activities.
  • Knowledge of event planning and coordination.
  • Familiarity with school operations and student welfare policies.
  • A passion for education and student development.
