Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Computer Science lessons that inspire and engage students.
  • Develop and implement an innovative, student-centered curriculum aligned with the school’s educational vision.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and continuously improve teaching and learning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and QTS.
  • Proven experience in teaching Computer Science at secondary level.
  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire students.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based teaching practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in curriculum development and innovation.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Experience with teaching in a multi-academy trust or similar collaborative environment.
  • Experience with using digital tools and resources in the classroom.
