Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and innovative Computing lessons to students in line with the National Curriculum of England
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that promote student achievement and engagement
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support the continuous improvement of the school's academic direction
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity
- Stay up to date with developments in the field of Computing and integrate new technologies into teaching
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student progress
- Participate in school events and contribute to the wider school community
- Support the expansion of secondary classes through flexible and proactive teaching
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A B.Ed or subject-related degree and PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
- 2-4 years of proven experience teaching Computing within the National Curriculum of England
- Strong ability to share best practices and work collaboratively
- Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills
- Fluency in English
