Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality cover lessons using resources provided by subject specialists.
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.

- Work flexibly with both part-time and full-time hours.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure continuity of learning.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to work with students of all ages, particularly teenagers.
- Flexibility and a positive, can-do attitude.

- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Preferred
- Experience in teaching or learning support roles.
- Previous experience in a school or educational setting.
- Knowledge of curriculum planning and delivery.
- Experience with NVQs or Apprenticeships.
