Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality cover lessons using resources provided by subject specialists.
  • Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.

  • Work flexibly with both part-time and full-time hours.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to work with students of all ages, particularly teenagers.

  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Preferred

  • Experience in teaching or learning support roles.
  • Previous experience in a school or educational setting.
  • Knowledge of curriculum planning and delivery.
  • Experience with NVQs or Apprenticeships.
