Key Responsibilities:
- Support absent colleagues by covering classes and ensuring continuity of learning
- Deliver lessons in line with the curriculum and teacher instructions
- Act as a tutor and provide pastoral care to students
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the designated teacher
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions
- Assist with administrative tasks as required

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Relevant teaching or educational qualification
- Experience in a classroom setting or willingness to learn and develop as a teacher
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
