Key Responsibilities:
- Provide cover for short-term and long-term absences across all departments and age groups.
- Manage classes effectively, maintaining a calm and focused learning environment.
- Deliver lessons that align with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with students, staff, and parents.
- Work collaboratively with teaching teams to ensure continuity of learning.
- Support the school’s mission by inspiring students and promoting a positive learning culture.
- Adhere to the school’s policies and procedures at all times.
- Maintain accurate records and report regularly on cover duties.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Confidence in managing students aged 11 to 16.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Flexibility to work across different departments and age groups.

- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
