Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Experience working with students in a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
- Commitment to the school’s values of Community, Aspiration, Respect, and Endeavour.
- Willingness to support students both academically and behaviourally.
Preferred
- Previous experience in a supervisory or teaching role.
- Experience with behaviour management and student support.
- Familiarity with the school’s core values and mission.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across different year groups and subjects.
