Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish productive working relationships with students, acting as a role model and learning mentor.
  • Promote the inclusion and success of all students within the classroom.
  • Support students consistently while recognising and responding to their individual needs.
  • Supervise and adapt work set by teaching staff.
  • Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all students.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Experience working with students in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
  • Commitment to the school’s values of Community, Aspiration, Respect, and Endeavour.
  • Willingness to support students both academically and behaviourally.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or teaching role.
  • Experience with behaviour management and student support.
  • Familiarity with the school’s core values and mission.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work across different year groups and subjects.
