Cover Supervisor needed – part time, term time only. Support students and teachers with enthusiasm and dedication.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive learning environment during teacher absences. You will support students, assist with classroom management, and contribute to the smooth running of the school. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise students in classrooms when teachers are absent
- Establish positive relationships with students to support effective learning
- Assist with administrative tasks and support curriculum departments
- Act as a form tutor when required
- Maintain a safe and productive learning atmosphere
- Support students in accessing learning across the curriculum
- Promote the school’s ethos and values in all interactions
- Use IT effectively, including MS Office applications
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Confidence using IT and familiarity with MS Office applications
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Enthusiasm for supporting students in their learning
- Commitment to promoting the school’s Christian values
- Ability to work flexibly and manage multiple responsibilities
Preferred
- Experience in a teaching or pastoral support role
- Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or similar role
- Experience with curriculum support or administrative tasks
- Knowledge of the school’s ethos and values
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary based on WSCC Grade 5.7
