Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in Criminology, Sociology, RPE, or Psychology.
  • Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential through creative and interactive teaching methods.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
  • Monitor student progress and provide targeted support to ensure academic success.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the curriculum.

  • Engage in professional development and educational research initiatives.
  • Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events where appropriate.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with experience in teaching at least two of the following: Criminology, Sociology, RPE, or Psychology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
  • Commitment to student achievement and personal development.
  • Experience working in a school environment with a focus on academic excellence.

Preferred

  • Experience with A Level teaching and curriculum development.
  • Background in educational research or professional development.
  • Experience with TLR or RADA opportunities.
  • Ability to contribute to extracurricular activities and school events.
