Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in Criminology, Sociology, RPE, or Psychology.
- Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential through creative and interactive teaching methods.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
- Monitor student progress and provide targeted support to ensure academic success.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the curriculum.

- Engage in professional development and educational research initiatives.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events where appropriate.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in teaching at least two of the following: Criminology, Sociology, RPE, or Psychology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
- Commitment to student achievement and personal development.
- Experience working in a school environment with a focus on academic excellence.
Preferred
- Experience with A Level teaching and curriculum development.
- Background in educational research or professional development.
- Experience with TLR or RADA opportunities.
- Ability to contribute to extracurricular activities and school events.
