As Curriculum Product Lead for English, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering high-impact curriculum products that support student success across multiple schools. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop knowledge-rich curriculum products for English.
  • Collaborate with national experts in curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment.
  • Support and improve teaching practices across multiple academies.
  • Deliver training and resources to enhance teacher effectiveness.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of curriculum changes on student outcomes.
  • Work closely with senior leaders to align curriculum with school goals.
  • Ensure all materials reflect best practices in teaching and learning.
  • Promote a culture of equity and high expectations across the school community.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and strong subject expertise in English.
  • Proven experience in delivering excellent outcomes for students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Demonstrated experience in curriculum design and leading change initiatives.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to educational equity and high standards for all students.

Preferred

  • Experience working with national curriculum experts.
  • Background in cognitive science or mastery-based teaching.
  • Experience in leading or supporting teacher professional development.
  • Familiarity with assessment and data-driven improvement strategies.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of £39,876 – £44,580.
  • Fixed-term contract for 1 year with potential for extension.
