The Opportunity:

As a Data and Exams Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient management of data systems and examination processes. This is an opportunity to contribute to the academic success of students in a dynamic and impactful setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the inputting, analysis, and reporting of educational data
  • Support the smooth and efficient management of internal and external examinations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with school and Trust policies
  • Collaborate with the Data & Exams Manager to ensure all processes are followed correctly
  • Provide administrative support to the examinations team
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and examination regulations
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of examination materials
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management practices

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Experience in data management or administration
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using data management systems and software
  • Commitment to working in an educational environment

Preferred

  • Experience in a school or educational setting
  • Knowledge of examination procedures and regulations
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Understanding of student needs and educational outcomes
  • Experience in an Alternative Provision setting
