The Opportunity:
As a Data and Exams Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient management of data systems and examination processes. This is an opportunity to contribute to the academic success of students in a dynamic and impactful setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the inputting, analysis, and reporting of educational data
- Support the smooth and efficient management of internal and external examinations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with school and Trust policies
- Collaborate with the Data & Exams Manager to ensure all processes are followed correctly
- Provide administrative support to the examinations team
- Ensure compliance with data protection and examination regulations
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of examination materials
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management practices
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Experience in data management or administration
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using data management systems and software
- Commitment to working in an educational environment
Preferred
- Experience in a school or educational setting
- Knowledge of examination procedures and regulations
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Understanding of student needs and educational outcomes
- Experience in an Alternative Provision setting
