Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate student data records.
- Analyze academic performance data to inform teaching strategies.
- Support the development of data-driven decision-making across the school.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to interpret and use data effectively.
- Ensure compliance with data protection policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the evaluation of student progress and attainment.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of data-led interventions.
- Provide training and guidance to colleagues on the use of data systems.
Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in a school environment, preferably in a data-related role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
