Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate, up-to-date data systems and records.
- Develop and implement data management policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure consistent data handling and reporting.
- Analyze data trends to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
- Support the integration of new technologies and software solutions.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on data management best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current data management systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in data management, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency with data management software and systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
