The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain school databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Analyse and interpret data to support decision-making and reporting.
  • Collaborate with middle and senior leaders to provide insights that enhance student outcomes.
  • Support the development and implementation of data systems and processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues as they arise.
  • Produce high-quality reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
  • Assist in the training and support of staff in the use of data systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office suite.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in data management or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

  • Experience with school databases or Management Information Systems such as iSAMS.
  • Familiarity with timetabling software.
  • Background in education or a related sector.
  • Experience in producing data reports or analyses.
