Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of high-quality education and student outcomes
  • Collaborate with teaching and support staff to ensure consistent implementation of school values and strategies
  • Assist in the development and management of student progress and achievement
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of school events and initiatives
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and student wellbeing
  • Work closely with line managers to ensure alignment with school goals and objectives
  • Participate in professional development and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Strong commitment to the values of determination, integrity, and trust
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in an educational setting, preferably within a school or academy
  • Commitment to student success and a passion for education

Preferred

  • Experience in a leadership or support role within a school or academy
  • Knowledge of educational policies and procedures
  • Experience with student welfare and pastoral care
