Key Responsibilities:

  • Support reputation management and crisis communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to advise on communications strategies and messaging.

  • Ensure seamless integration of media, digital, and internal communication channels.
  • Oversee the development of compelling campaigns that enhance the school’s public profile.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Senior-level experience in communications, media relations, or journalism.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact storytelling in high-profile organisations.
  • Strong expertise in proactive and reactive media relations and reputation management.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive or high-risk issues with sound judgement.
  • Strong understanding of digital communications and content strategy.

Preferred

  • Experience in managing a communications team or leading strategic initiatives.
  • Strong writing, editing, and messaging skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
