Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and teaching qualification.
- Proven experience in teaching Design and Technology at a secondary level.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Preferred
- Experience in using modern technology and design software.
- Involvement in extracurricular activities or STEM-related initiatives.
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment strategies.
