The Opportunity:
As a Digital Learning Lead, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of education through the integration of technology and AI. This role empowers staff and students to use digital tools effectively, enhancing teaching, learning, and operational efficiency across the Trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of the Trust’s digital learning strategy
- Support staff in embedding technology and AI into everyday teaching and learning practices
- Promote the use of EdTech to create inclusive and engaging learning experiences
- Collaborate with school leaders to ensure consistent and effective implementation of digital initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of digital tools on teaching, learning, and student outcomes
- Provide professional development and training to staff on the use of EdTech and AI
- Stay up to date with emerging trends in digital learning and EdTech
- Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation in digital education
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in digital learning or EdTech
- Strong understanding of AI-enhanced learning practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement long-term plans
- Collaborative and proactive approach to working with educators and leaders
Preferred
- Experience in leading digital transformation projects in education
- Familiarity with a range of EdTech tools and platforms
- Knowledge of AI applications in education
- Experience in training and supporting staff in the use of technology
- Background in education leadership or school improvement
