Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the finance and operations teams, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, with a focus on strategic decision-making.
- Manage estates and facilities, ensuring that all infrastructure supports the school’s educational mission.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the school’s values and long-term goals.
- Collaborate with the Head and Governors to deliver the school’s strategic plan and improve overall performance.
- Enhance commercial activities, including partnerships and fundraising, to support the school’s growth.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, financial, and operational standards.
- Foster strong working relationships across the school and with the United Learning group.
