The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and communications campaigns to enhance the institution’s profile and attract new students.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing and communications team, ensuring the delivery of bold and effective content across all platforms.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including students, parents, and industry partners.
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials, digital content, and media campaigns that align with the institution’s brand and values.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data and insights to inform future strategies.
  • Ensure all communications are consistent, professional, and tailored to different audiences and platforms.
  • Represent the institution at public events, media engagements, and industry conferences.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven leadership experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the education sector.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and message for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Preferred

  • Experience in higher education or further education settings.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Experience with branding and reputation management.
  • Strong understanding of student recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Experience in managing a team and delivering training and development initiatives.
