The Opportunity:

As the Director of Partnerships, you will lead and expand a dynamic programme of partnership events, projects, and teaching activities across multiple institutions. This role is ideal for someone with experience in cross-organisational collaboration and a passion for education. The position offers the opportunity to shape meaningful partnerships and contribute to a vibrant academic community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate partnership events, projects, and teaching activities across multiple organisations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner schools, institutions, and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and senior leadership to align partnership initiatives with the school’s strategic goals.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of partnership programmes to ensure they meet educational and organisational objectives.
  • Support the development of new partnership opportunities and initiatives that enhance the school’s academic and extracurricular offerings.
  • Manage and mentor a team of partnership coordinators and support staff.
  • Ensure all partnership activities are delivered to the highest standards and in line with the school’s values.
  • Promote the school’s profile and reputation through effective communication and engagement with partners.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in managing cross-organisational partnerships or similar projects.
  • Strong leadership and management experience, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic partnership initiatives.
  • Experience in education or a related field, with a teaching background being an advantage.

Preferred

  • Experience in working with a range of schools and educational institutions.
  • Familiarity with partnership development in the context of school improvement and enrichment.
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in educational collaboration.
