Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a dynamic, innovative performing arts curriculum.
- Lead and manage a team of performing arts teachers and support staff.

- Ensure the highest standards of performance and production in music, drama, and dance.
- Utilize state-of-the-art facilities to enhance student engagement and achievement.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- UK qualified teacher with QTS or PGCE.
- Proven leadership experience in a performing arts role.
- Strong understanding of curriculum development and delivery.
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team of educators.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
Preferred
- Experience in a UK or international school setting.
- Background in drama, music, or dance education.
- Familiarity with innovative teaching technologies.
- Experience in producing large-scale performances or events.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
