The Opportunity:

As the Director of Quest and SENCo, you will lead the development and implementation of personalized learning strategies, ensuring that all students receive the support they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate personalized learning initiatives for students with diverse needs
  • Develop and maintain robust systems and processes for student support
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and external agencies to ensure holistic student care
  • Provide professional development and guidance to staff on inclusive teaching practices
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of support programs and make data-driven improvements
  • Ensure compliance with IB standards and school policies
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the school
  • Work closely with senior leadership to align initiatives with school-wide goals

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in leading and managing student support services
  • Strong understanding of inclusive education and special educational needs
  • Experience working within an IB World School or willingness to learn and adapt to IB frameworks
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures

Preferred

  • Experience in a leadership or management role within education
  • Background in curriculum development and support for diverse learners
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies
  • Experience with international education and cross-cultural collaboration
