The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated DP Coordinator to lead and support the delivery of the IB Diploma Programme. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic, international learning environment and make a meaningful impact on student outcomes and academic standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic and operational leadership for the IB Diploma Programme
- Ensure full compliance with IB standards, practices, and requirements
- Support, mentor, and quality-assure DP teaching staff to drive strong student outcomes
- Coordinate DP assessment, reporting, internal standardisation, and external examination processes
- Lead curriculum planning, subject offerings, and timetable coordination for the DP
- Support student guidance processes, including subject choices and academic monitoring
- Work closely with senior leaders to align DP provision with whole-school priorities
- Liaise with the IB Organisation and oversee all DP-related administration
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Degree in a relevant subject and a recognised teaching qualification
- Significant experience teaching within the IB Diploma Programme
- Previous experience as a DP Coordinator, Assistant DP Coordinator, or IB leadership role
- Strong knowledge of IB curriculum frameworks, assessment, and evaluation processes
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to lead, support, and inspire staff within a collaborative school environment
Preferred
- Experience in an international or multicultural school setting
- Experience working within a group or network of schools
