Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging early learning experiences that support student development and achievement.

  • Facilitate professional development sessions that promote best practices in early learning and teaching.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in early childhood settings.
  • Demonstrated experience in instructional coaching or mentoring.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and implement developmentally appropriate learning activities.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Preferred

  • Master's degree in Education or related field.
  • Experience with curriculum development and assessment.
  • Familiarity with early childhood teaching frameworks and standards.
  • Experience in leading or facilitating professional learning communities.
