The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Early Years Foundation Stage department
- Deliver high-quality teaching in line with the English EYFS Curriculum
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources
- Supervise and mentor EYFS teachers and support staff
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment with school goals and policies
- Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and culturally sensitive learning environment
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A certified Early Years teaching qualification (PGCE, PGDE, B.Ed and equivalents)
- Proven experience teaching the English EYFS Curriculum
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing a school team, preferably within EYFS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
- Native English speaker
- Experience in an international or multicultural educational setting
- Familiarity with the International Baccalaureate or similar programs
- Experience in supporting students with English as an Additional Language (EAL) or Special Educational Needs (SEN)
