The Opportunity:

As an Early Years Leader, you will provide professional leadership and management of a year group, ensuring a high-quality teaching, learning, and pastoral experience for students. This role is ideal for an experienced educator who is passionate about shaping young learners and driving academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a year group, ensuring smooth and effective operations.
  • Implement and monitor whole school and year group systems and policies.
  • Coordinate year group events, including performances, trips, and parent evenings.
  • Support and develop teaching staff to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Monitor and moderate student work in line with assessment policies.
  • Drive improvement interventions based on student attainment and progress.
  • Manage the year group’s budget and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Build strong curriculum links with local and international organizations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in educational leadership and management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and performance effectively.
  • Experience in curriculum development and implementation.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.

Preferred

  • Experience in early years education or primary teaching.
