The Opportunity:
As an Early Years Leader, you will provide professional leadership and management of a year group, ensuring a high-quality teaching, learning, and pastoral experience for students. This role is ideal for an experienced educator who is passionate about shaping young learners and driving academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a year group, ensuring smooth and effective operations.
- Implement and monitor whole school and year group systems and policies.
- Coordinate year group events, including performances, trips, and parent evenings.
- Support and develop teaching staff to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
- Monitor and moderate student work in line with assessment policies.
- Drive improvement interventions based on student attainment and progress.
- Manage the year group’s budget and ensure financial targets are met.
- Build strong curriculum links with local and international organizations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in educational leadership and management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and performance effectively.
- Experience in curriculum development and implementation.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
