The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality early years education that fosters emotional, social, and cognitive development
- Create engaging and stimulating learning environments tailored to young learners
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to implement a consistent and innovative curriculum
- Support the holistic development of children through play, creativity, and structured learning
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and communicate regularly with parents
- Promote a culture of care, inclusion, and well-being within the nursery
- Participate in professional development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure all health and safety standards are met at all times
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified to Level 3 or above in an Early Years specialism
- Experience working with children aged 2-4
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and learning theories
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative when needed
Preferred
- Experience with the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework or similar curricula
- Familiarity with inclusive and differentiated teaching practices
- Experience with bilingual or international education settings
- Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding procedures
