The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality early years education that fosters emotional, social, and cognitive development
  • Create engaging and stimulating learning environments tailored to young learners
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to implement a consistent and innovative curriculum
  • Support the holistic development of children through play, creativity, and structured learning
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and communicate regularly with parents
  • Promote a culture of care, inclusion, and well-being within the nursery
  • Participate in professional development and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure all health and safety standards are met at all times

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified to Level 3 or above in an Early Years specialism
  • Experience working with children aged 2-4
  • Strong understanding of early childhood development and learning theories
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative when needed

Preferred

  • Experience with the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework or similar curricula
  • Familiarity with inclusive and differentiated teaching practices
  • Experience with bilingual or international education settings
  • Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding procedures
