Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional learning experiences tailored to the needs of young children
- Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
- Take responsibility for a key group of children, ensuring their well-being and development
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with parents and families
- Support the implementation of the Early Years curriculum and learning goals
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent and high-quality care and education
- Participate in staff training and development activities
- Contribute to the school’s Community Outreach programme and values
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Experience working with young children in an early years setting
- A relevant early years qualification or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Preferred
- Experience in a school or educational setting
- Knowledge of early years curricula and child development
- Experience with inclusive practices and supporting diverse learners
- Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role
