The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, interactive lessons tailored to the developmental needs of young children.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes emotional well-being and social development.
- Monitor, assess, and report on children’s progress using effective recording and evaluation methods.
- Collaborate with bilingual teaching teams to support the immersion concept of One Person, One Language.
- Support the implementation of both the German Lower Saxony curriculum and the UK EYFS curriculum.
- Utilise technology, including iPad-based tools, to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and colleagues through regular communication and collaboration.
- Participate in professional development and training opportunities to continuously improve teaching practice.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
- Fluent in English (native or C1 level).
- Experience in teaching young children (1–6 years) with a focus on interactive and developmentally appropriate practices.
- Strong ability to monitor, assess, and report on children’s development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in using IT tools, including iPad technology.
Preferred
- Experience teaching bilingual or trilingual learners.
- Knowledge of German or willingness to learn the basics.
- Familiarity with international curricula such as the UK EYFS.
