The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, student-centred lessons using a Reggio Emilia-inspired approach.
- Support a positive school culture by implementing behaviour policies aligned with the school's mission and values.
- Collaborate with colleagues to use assessment data effectively for student progress.
- Participate in staff training and contribute to school improvement initiatives.
- Support extra-curricular activities to enhance student opportunities.
- Engage in school trips, assemblies, and other initiatives to enrich the student experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A university degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, with a recognised teaching qualification.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching 3–5-year-olds, ideally within a Reggio Emilia-inspired environment.
- A valid visa or EU passport to work in Italy.
Preferred
- Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.
- Experience with safeguarding and child protection practices.
- Strong understanding of assessment and data tracking to support student progress.
- A flexible approach and ability to integrate into an established team.
