The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Early Years Teacher to join a vibrant and child-centred learning community. This role offers the chance to inspire young learners in a supportive environment that values creativity, independence, and lifelong learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, student-centred lessons using a Reggio Emilia-inspired approach.
  • Support a positive school culture by implementing behaviour policies aligned with the school's mission and values.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to use assessment data effectively for student progress.
  • Participate in staff training and contribute to school improvement initiatives.
  • Support extra-curricular activities to enhance student opportunities.
  • Engage in school trips, assemblies, and other initiatives to enrich the student experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A university degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, with a recognised teaching qualification.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching 3–5-year-olds, ideally within a Reggio Emilia-inspired environment.
  • A valid visa or EU passport to work in Italy.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.
  • Experience with safeguarding and child protection practices.
  • Strong understanding of assessment and data tracking to support student progress.
  • A flexible approach and ability to integrate into an established team.
