The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with the National Curriculum of England.
  • Foster a warm, supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.
  • Monitor and support student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and colleagues.
  • Participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives to enhance teaching and learning.
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
  • Engage with the local community and parents through regular communication and events.
  • Promote the school’s values and mission through consistent behavior and teaching practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a recognized teaching qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Early Years education.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or equivalent curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to child-centered learning and holistic development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Preferred

  • Experience working in an international school environment.
  • Familiarity with British curriculum standards.
  • Experience with bilingual or multilingual teaching environments.
  • Knowledge of English as a Second Language (ESL) support strategies.
  • Experience with curriculum planning and resource development.
