Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver age-appropriate pedagogy with enthusiasm and creativity
- Plan and deliver curriculum with clear learning objectives
- Meet the learning needs of all students, including language learners and those with diverse abilities
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback
- Use assessment to set realistic and challenging targets for student improvement
- Manage and maintain a safe, stimulating learning environment
- Support student behavior and discipline in accordance with school policies
- Participate in professional development and staff initiatives
- Engage in after-school programs and extracurricular activities
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor’s/undergraduate degree with teaching emphasis or completion of a teacher preparation programme
- Certification in teaching from a recognised institution
- Police clearance to work with children
- Strong communication skills in the language/s of instruction
- Ability to supervise students in non-classroom settings
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Preferred
- Advanced degree in education or subject-related field
- Experience in an internationally accredited school
- Experience and certification in teaching the school programmes
- Strong communication skills in English
