Key Responsibilities:

- Create and implement play-based learning activities that promote inquiry and exploration
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to support student progress
- Participate in professional development and stay current with best practices in early childhood education

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in an early years or lower elementary setting
- Familiarity with the Common Core curriculum framework
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to design and deliver engaging, interactive lessons for young learners
