Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Hold a BEd or equivalent degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience of teaching Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A proven track record of providing outstanding learning and teaching.
- A growth mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and reflection.
- Enthusiasm and creativity in teaching approaches.
Preferred
- A Masters or equivalent qualification.
- Experience with AI, robotics, or other emerging technologies in education.
