• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to professional development.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven experience in Early Years education with a focus on student engagement and progress.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for teaching.
• Experience in pastoral care and student wellbeing.
• Relevant qualifications such as PGCE, QTS, or equivalent.

Preferred

• Experience in a boarding school environment.
• Leadership experience in an educational setting.
• Background in curriculum development and department planning.
• Experience with international curricula such as the British Curriculum or IB.
